A Growing Trend About Moviegoers on the Internet That Worries Me. - Blu-ray Forum

At least on the internet. I've noticed this a lot and it's that people are going apes**t crazy trying to get copies of scripts. I mean getting the script before the film comes out ruins the experience of seeing it on the big screen. I mean what the hell? That means I'm going to have to keep my scripts locked down tight as hell when I go out and shoot when I become well known.

i agree, it's pathetic. everyone wants their 15 minutes of fame, even if it is on the internet

Leaking actual movie footage is worse than leaking the script. Still not sure how so MANY movies leak while they're still in theatres, especially before their theatrical release.

I'm not talking about leaking the footage. If you go on the IMDB there's people *****ing and moaning about wanting scripts. It's like; "What the hell is your problem? It's meant to be watched on film."

Yeah that's not right. I don't mind reading a script AFTER the fact from time to time but I love movies...those people are just not right in the head.

Most of the people that patrol IMDB are not right in the head. Anyways, I like reading scripts after the finished product is seen. I like seeing the difference and gives me ideas on writing.
