I haven't been to the forums for a while and I couldn't find anything pertinent using the Search, but does anyone know what's up with the BD release of Alien?

I'm kind of hoping they release the total destruction box set on blu. I had been contemplating buying the DVDs but would much rather have them all on Blu.

I read a while back, that they are planning to remaster all movies, but as I love the series, I'll believe it when I see it

That's cool. I just hope it will be possible to buy the individual films, because I'm only interested in ALIEN and ALIENS.

Same here. Two of my all-time favorite movies but I'll be happy to buy the box set because I've learned to appreciate the other two (even though they aren't very good and Alien 3 was crushingly disappointing in the theater after the first two). I guess I just love H.R. Giger's creature design and seeing them kill people :P
