there's a customer review on amazon for the pitch black/chronicles of riddick 2-pack that claims chronicles of riddick has problems

"The newly released "Chronicles of Riddick" blu ray DVD has problems. It freezes in parts. This should not be happening on a newly released DVD."

Any truth to this? Hopefully he is just talking about wait time for java to load. I haven't found any other negative reviews yet.
