Remastering Silent Hill/French interview - Blu-ray Forum

Needless to say, I'm not buying the rumor that any re-release of Silent Hill would be on HD-DVD, especially since it's published by Sony Pictures (and by Fox in the UK). That being said, whoever wrote the line did include a citation. The interview in the citation link is in French. I can't read it too well, but I saw some talk about Blu-Ray and HD-DUD in there. Can anyone here tell me what Gans is saying?

I can't get the interview link to work. I think it was released on HDDVD elsewhere in Europe, but I can't remember how the bleep I know that.

While we're on the subject, does anyone know of a Region A or all region Blu release of the international cut of the movie besides the uber expensive limited edition Japanese collectors set? I heard the US version was censored. Maybe a director's cut release in the US is one of the things Gans is talking about in the interview?
