Changeling - Blu-ray Forum

Hi

Is anyone having the same problem as me - after about a minute into chapter 3 it skips forward about 10 seconds.

I'm playing it on a Denon 3800BDCI.

Does anyone know how I would report this so that it can be rectified in a future firmware update (presuming it's not a faulty disc)?

Just to confirm for you, I have not noticed this problem watching the movie on a PS3.

I have never had to contact Denon, but I would image you could do so through their website: http://www.denon.co.uk/site/frames_main.php?main=kont

I think I'll try a replacement disk in case mine is faulty.
