Default PC playback issue - HDCP not detected

Hardware:
9500GT (Single display mode) connected to Hanns.G HG281D via HDMI on both sides.
9500 GT Driver version: 6.14.11.8250

Drive: Sony BDU-X10S Rev 8.30W

Proc: QX6700

Software: PowerDVD Ultra 9.0.1501
WinXP SP3

I've received an HDCP not detected error after trying a few different movies. Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest nforce drivers. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Thanks

what are you connecting it too? I know that for my HTPC, my video won't show up unless I have the tv on first, and has to be on selected on the HDMI input, or a television program, then I switch back after it's all started up. Might have something to do with that?

I've tried a couple of different scenarios with the monitor. Turning the monitor on first then PC and vice versa. Closing PowerDVD and then powercycling the monitor. I've looked through the monitor setup and I didn't see anything for enabling HDCP. The monitor is connected to the 9500GT via a Phillips HDMI cable.

Thank you both for your help. I'll call Hanns.G tomorrow to figure out what's going on. Do you happen to know if it's possible to play 1080p through VGA?
