Replacements

Is there a thread that lists all the disc replacements due to a bad transfer or defects? I know Saving Private Ryan and Gladiator have replacements, which other titles?

We usually just discuss in the movies' threads, though if you click on each movie's page here at Blu-ray.com, you can find replacement information under "News".

Thank you everyone for your help. I did a search and didn't find the thread; I guess I didn't look hard enough. It looks like we have one after all. I'll be looking at the news section too.
