Default Vaio FZ190/WinDVD BD playback help needed

Hey Everyone,
I have a Vaio FZ190 (customized) with WinDVD BD, Vista Home premium (and obviously a blu-ray drive). There is no update on the Sony site but does anyone know of a update to WinDVD BD?
I ask because I have some blu-ray movies which play fine (swordfish, The untouchables, the fountain) but I cannot get King Arthur to play. When I put it in the drive spins and attempts to read the disk. I get the option of choosing "download content with vaio content importer" or "play with WinDVD BD." Of course I would like it to play so I choose "play."
Instead of the color scheme changing to "vista basic" and playing as per usual (without menus) the disk spins for a couple minutes and then says it cannot play. I was concerned walmart sent me the wrong region of disk but the back say "for sale in the US and Canada only" so I can't imagine it's anything else but the software.
