![]() I posted about this in the Gaming forum, but that place is dead, so I thought more people would see and appreciate this on this one instead! DiveKick just came out on the PSN yesterday for the PS3 and Vita for $10 ($7.99 for PS+ members), and so far I'm really enjoying it! It's literally two buttons for everything. The default controls are L1 for Dive and R1 for Kick. To select options, you click both buttons at the same time. To exit a menu, you hold L1. And every character has their own two techniques, but I'm not exactly sure how to pull them off yet, haha. From the 4 or 5 characters I've played with, only one played significantly differently to me. There's a character named Jefailey, where every time he wins a match, his head gets bigger by one value. Also, his standard kick is delayed and very awkward, haha. It's apparently full of inside jokes with the fighting game community, but I can't comment on that since I'm not in-tune to that scene too much ![]() Basically, you should look into this if you're interested in a wacky concept turned into a wacky game. It might not last you as long as something like Street Fighter II or Injustice: Gods Among Us (had to reference that amazing game ![]() ![]() It's also available on Steam for the PC, so you can look into it there, as well ![]() |
