Man I hope before the end of 2009 we'll have this released. IMO the best Bond film of the Pierce Brosnan era.

It's possible. They have yet to announce the third film for Volume 4.

Never understood the love for this movie, I thought it was one of the more mediocre Bond films and of the Brosnans I'd put it below both Tomorrow never dies and The World is Not enough.

This thread got my hopes up, so yes I do want to see the GoldenEye Blu-ray this year at least. Just about the only Bond film that offers repeat viewings from me, this is mostly due to the dark synthesizer score to it.

I didn't much care for tomorrow never dies or world is not enough.

Goldeneye was really great, especially since I was pretty young when it came out and then obsessed the n64 game after its release.

I would certainly pickup a James Bond BD set if it had Goldeneye included with the others.

This movie is one of my favorites of the newer bond films. I also think it's interesting because it got Bond out of the cold war.

I wish they will give us news on the next batch. I like to finally sell off my DVD collection to get these.

I feel the reason I am so excited for this one to come out is strictly because of the awesomeness of Goldeneye for N64. Still remains one of the greatest games ever made.

Yup..I still fire up the N64 from time to time. It's classic and I'm pretty sure I have several hundred hours devoted to that game in multi-player mode. Good times..especially with "slappers only" mode enabled
