Harry Potter has been with me forever! Ever since I was young, it feels weird knowing it's going to end soon. Oh well.

I hate to break it to you Pan but technically Harry Potter's been over since 2008 when Deathly Hallows hit the market.

The movies keep it going. I love to see how it is adapted to film. Its not always adapted well, but I still can't wait to see how the books are portrayed on screen.

I love Luna. The book was almost completely the three main characters and after introducing so many great other people it was kind of a kick in the face.

Not as badly as she did with Malfoy. At least Neville evolves as a character, however unrealistically <.<.

I agree. I consider Deathly Hallows to be the worst book ever made as well as the worst ending to any series.

I'm hoping they change A LOT in the movies.

And the ending would make even Walt Disney laugh.

And
[Show spoiler] LUPIN DIED OFF SCREEN! WHAT THE HECK? That po'd me. She even killed Dobby! And didn't she kill Tonks too? I still enjoyed the showdown, but at the emd, the whole last three- five chapters just fizzled. ESPECIALLY the retarded "epilouge." What was that crap?

[Show spoiler]I think she was leaving the door open for more HP books down the road, which is probably why she resurrected him and did that epilogue

Yeah I agree, although stupid names IS kind of an odd complaint from a DB fan.

Seemed to me like she wanted a happy ending to please parent organizations.

Yes, I'm sure that is what she was thinking about when she wrote it in the early '90s.

What in the world? She didn't write Deathly Hallows in the late 90s, it just got released last year!

I agree. It definitely wasn't about ending it in a logical way or even in a way that would please fans.
