How come I'm not able to order this from Hastings or Best Buy?

I didn't do it from the website. I've called 2 Best Buys and a Hastings and Best Buy says they don't carry it, and Hastings says it hasn't been released yet???

have you tried to order it from BB's website and have the option to pick up in store, there you can see which BB's have it in stock.

try that first...you can see BB stores within x amount of miles.
