I have yet to see a headset that doesn't adjust for either ear. Yes, the left ear makes it a little more awkward, but it still functions.

You can usually detach and flip the plastic ear surrounding peice. I use my headsets on the Left Ear, not a problem.

But I use the D&G H700, so it may be different
