Well I just thought to start this since TNA is making a run, and now we have a new Monday night War .. Thoughts so far.?

I honestly can't find the results of that Hogan segment aside from a post in the WWE thread coincidently. Sounds like Hogan and Easy E meant business.

Yea , Not sure its a good start, Hope they bring in someone good, cuz so far this kinda sucks

Hogan told Nash, Hall, and Waltman that it's not business as usual anymore, and people are going to have to earn their spots in the company.

Seems like they'll do a NWO against Hogan since Hogan is just all about business

What do you guys think made WCW seperate themselves from WWF? It sure as hell wasnt new talent.. The only Big guy they ever brought in ( that wasn't already a pro wrestler was goldberg ) . Maybe just the different atmosphere, and something new?

It had more star power, better wrestling, more interesting storylines, and was an all around better product.

Yea man I was a huge fan of WCW UNTIL, NWO kind of took the show over... But 96-99 wcw was just fun to watch, and you never expected what was coming next

It was the element of surprise that made the show exciting to watch everyday, and it forced WWF to get better. It was a great time to be a wrestling fan.

very true.. Ahh the good old days.. But if this is Hogan and Dixies way of taking over WWE , this is gonna be a miserable failure, Cuz its been a weak show thus far, Considering they are trying to take over the big dog and they know whats on the line...

They don't have a fraction of the financial backing that WCW had. There's no way they will be able to compete with WWE's promotional machine.
