Default John Lithgow Snags Role to Kill For
Oscar-nominated actor John Lithgow is headed back to the small screen for a season-long role on Showtime's "Dexter."

Emmy, Tony and Golden Globe winner Lithgow will portray the "Trinity Killer" in all 12 episodes of the fourth season of the cable hit. Dexter (Michael C. Hall) will become intrigued by the mass murderer, who moves to Miami with FBI Agent Lundy (Keith Carradine) hot on his trail.

Season four of "Dexter" premieres on September 27 on Showtime.

My question is, Why is Lundy back? He wasn't in season 3 at all(or even mentioned). I don't mind it, but a love triangle for Deb isn't what I watch Dexter for.

That should be good. Dexter was one of those shows that grew on me, now I cant wait to see the next season.

He should be awesome in this role! He's played great heavies,especailly in Cliffhanger and Santa Claus:The Movie.

John will be awesome in this show as long as he can bring the psychotic villain character from Cliffhanger. He will be great ..Cant wait to see him...

Sat next to the man on a plane in the mid-1990s...very affable fellow.
