One was released on March 12, the other on April 20 -- different UPC codes. At least this is what the Amazon page indicates.

Actually there are a lot more extras on the three discs edition released on 2009 than on the first one (released on 2007).

It was re-released like the other two to coincide with the release of Wolverine in cinemas but it has more special features and it matches in design to the other X-Men films that haven't previously been released
