"Life Is Strange" video game to be made into a movie.

Legendary Digital Studios have acquired the rights to adapt the cult hit video game Life is Strange. The adaptation is being developed and produced with Dmitri Johnson and Dan Jevons of dj2 Entertainment. Johnson previously produced the Skulls of the Shogun animated series for Nerdist and is attached to Sony Pictures’ upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie.

Life is Strange is an episodic video game about a high school student named Max Caulfield. When Max discovers she has the power to rewind time, she and her friend Chloe Price set out to investigate the disappearance of fellow student Rachel Amber, uncovering a dark underbelly to their hometown of Arcadia Bay.

Legendary will begin the search for a writer and a director for Life is Strange soon.
