I need a little help - Blu-ray Forum

I did an internet connection test and the results say I've got NAT type 3. The problem is I don't use a router, I'm plugged directly from the modem. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

Try rebooting your modem. I used to have problems when connecting directly to my cable modem and this always solved my problem.

axl, ur cable modem may have a built in firewall. i know the one at my old house had one built in... not sure about the dsl modem at my new place.
