Problems with BD-Live on Bourne Collection. - Blu-ray Forum

I bought 'The Ultimate Bourne Collection' the other day and when I went to access BD-Live it came up with a message about not being connected to the internet so therefore it could not access the BD-Live community. It did this on all 3 movies.

I know that this was wrong as my PS3 was definitely connected to the internet as other BD-Live titles including Universal titles all connected.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem with these discs? Is it doing this because there is no BD-Live community for the Bourne movies?

I do have the same problem: German blu-ray edition of the Bourne Trilogy, PS3 at firmware level 2.60, the disc claims that I'm not connected to the internet.

BUT: that seems to be a problem of the disc, not of the PS3: same thing happens on my PC with CyberLink PowerDVD V7.3 and a LG GGW-H20L drive at firmware YL05.

Same problem. My PS3 is connet to internet. I thought it was PS3 problem.
But I check all my Blu ray disk which have BD Live.
It seems to Disk problem.
Is is occur to Region B only?

Discs' every contents are fine except BD Live.
Can any US residents tell me?

Ok! So far Region B and Region A ( canada ) has same problem.
What about Uk and US ?
I hope someone answer this problem.

The UK Changeling is the same. Hopefully, its because Universal are in the process of setting up dedicated European servers, and they're not turned on yet (either the required IP for the servers is encoded in the disc or devised from the users own IP) because using the BD Live functions on Universal discs at the moment is a joke - it's laughable how bad the streaming is.

This is a pointless post but i need to throw it out there. I've owned the bourne trilogy(on hd dvd) since like february of 08. I've never seen them so I finally opened them around 4 a.m. for the first time and so far i'm through the first 2. I'm going to start the 3rd one in about 15 min here, just need a little break. So far they've been awesome!

Thanks to all those that responded. I have had a hard time here getting answers as to the cause of this problem. No one seemed to know anything!

P.S. As of tonight when I decided to retry my 'Bourne' discs, BD-Live was finally up and running!

Today i got an email from Universal. I ve tried the BDLIVE and now it works.

Here the text:

Hello,

The BD-Live content for this disc has been uploaded and should work fine now.

Please try the feature again and let me know if you face any issues.
