Can We Have All the Transformers 2 Threads Merged? - Blu-ray Forum

There's like 50 threads to it. There's even a thread in the General Section, that's not where threads about movies are supposed be.

I brought it to Jason's attention yesterday, I believe He's working on it. There are quite a few. I searched Transformers looking for the 140.00 cartoon set and there were about half a dozen T2:Revenge threads. Sad part is it will only get worse.....

I suggested a thread like " I went to see Transformers 2 and here was my reaction"

I think if we have threads in the movie section, just give it the title. So it's like:

Shutter Island
Transformers 2
Britney Spears Holocaust Film
Godzilla (All films)

Like that.

I only left the "guess the opening weekend thread" by GreenScar. He does that with a lot of movies. All others have been merged.

i think you have a valid point, but that also depends (imo) on the subject of each thread....if it's a review/"i just saw this" thread, then i completely agree...but sometimes it is good to have different threads when a movie is just announced, the 1st trailer hits, etc. otherwise you end up with 1 giant thread and it's very difficult and time consuming to go through each page to find news.

Hopefully the thread w/ spoilers wasn't merged.

It will be hard, but I do want to wait until this movie comes out on Blu to see it for the first time. My local theater and the behavior of its patrons is just awful.

I like to follow the threads about what the critics are saying and how much it has taken in, but it has been nice to avoid the one thread with "SPOILERS" in the title.

Thanks for the hard work Jason! I know I'm always bugging, reporting threads in the Movies and TV forum to be merged.

The problem is that when a thread gets too long, new people stop visiting and just post new threads. The other problem is people just don't look before posting. Not only do they not use the search, but sometimes they start a thread when there's already a repeat of the same in the first 20 threads listed

I think there should be one review thread per movie and there should be a poll with 1 - 5 stars options and a 'not going to see it' option. The poll shouldn't go up until the day of release. Spoilers should be in spoiler tags for the first week of release and at the very least through the first weekend.

Thoughts?

Someone is a dumba** for posting in the BLU-RAY MOVIES SECTION. This and the last spam thread on the film was in that section and both members are from 2007.
