Speaker help: Energy vs Ascend Accoustics

Hello all,
I was wondering if you gents who are efficient with comparison numbers could help me make a decision regarding speakers. I'm currently running Energy Veritas 6.2 towers, Energy V 5.2C, and Energy V Mini surrounds w/ a Marantz SR 5007 AVR. I love these speakers. I got them at Vann's on discontinued close out and they have been my first true speaker system. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of reviews and first hand users out there that can provide some useful info. You will find their specs below.

I'm getting the trade/upgrade bug and was wondering if the Ascend Accoustics CMT 340 SE, CMT 340 SE Center, & CBM 170 SE surrounds would be any better of a product? I know this is a subjective question, but from a performance standpoint, would there be any reason to trade? The Ascends get phenomenal reviews. These would be used for 90% movies with possibility of moving rooms when I move within the next 6 months. Thanks in advance, folks! Here are the specs for the Ascends:
