Default I'm confused - did Best Buy get reprints of older, rare titles?

So I went to Best Buy today to pick up Top Gun. I didn't end up getting it because the slipcovers were all messed up. I did notice a few odd things - my Best Buy still had a copy of the Lost Complete Collection (which I thought was long OOP), copies of Yes Man w/ slipcover (like five of them, and I'm assuming the digital copy was expired on all of them), and two copies of Inglorious Basterds with the gold slipcover. I saw a bin full of $7.99 titles, then I spun around and saw this:

I thought that Dreamgirls, Disturbia, Blades of Glory and Nacho Libre were long out of print, yet they had four copies of each. The rest of the movies are fairly common, but those four stood out. Also, check this out.. I flipped through the Nacho Libre copies, and I saw this:

If I'm not mistaken, the one on the right is a first pressing of Nacho Libre.

What's going on? Did Best Buy get a new pressing of these movies or something? Did someone just clean out a warehouse and stumble across these? Disturbia is on the site for $7.99, but Dreamgirls, Blades of Glory and Nacho Libre are not on the site.
