Default Pioneer BDP-51FD (((help --MODEL SET))FRONT PANNEL
HI sorry to ask this as my first question

have a pioneer BDP-51FD and on the front pannel says MODEL SET,,
when fully booted up,, drive ejects and works wont play on blue ray hangs ,!

also tried to update to new firmware via pioneer upgrade to latest firmware..

no joy still says it but on plasma tv when on says on screen...

[check Model for Model Setting]
Input the number using the remote for service

anyone know what this means pioneer seems to think its a region free trick that hasnt worked does anyone know a way round this ,, i have no remote.

is it worth me buyin one if someone knows how to fix this i would like some kind soul to help me please and id appreciate any help @ all.!
