Sending items back to Amazon.Com? - Blu-ray Forum

This is the first time I've ever gotten a defective item from Amazon, anything to expect during the process of getting Amazon.Com to send me a replacement?

It is incredibly simple. Fill out the form on their website, print out the prepaid shipping label, send it back and they'll send a replacement. They've always been very good with me when I've returned items.

It's not pre-paid for me for some reason, kind of annoyed by that. Their site said they will comp me for the shipping, not sure how that's going to work. I did buff the disc that didn't work trying to remove the mark, hopefully that won't cause any problems.

That sucks. The one time I returned something (my fault, not theirs) they still gave me a pre-paid label to use, but they just took the funds out of my refund.

Yeah this is the first time I've ordered a product from them that came new but pre-damaged on a spot so some of it wouldn't play. Looking forward to getting the replacement soon.

Of course I ordered it from Amazon.Com, I never order from 3rd party sellers unless the price + shipping beats the Amazon.Com price.
