Default Panasonic DMP-BD50, Star Trek TOS1, and Angles

I wondered if anyone else out there has tried using the Angle function on ST-TOS 1 Blu-ray discs? It is rather annoying that you have to have the "functions" menu up to do this, but what's worse, even though it shows there are angles available, when I switch, nothing changes.

Anyone else having this same issue? The firmware is up to date.

Ok... just explained how this works on another forum, here ya go:

It changes at the next scene break where a branch is. So if you're in the middle of a section, it won't appear to have done anything. However the next section that includes visual effects it changes branches. So if you want you can toggle it and then hit skip back or forward to a planet shot (for example) and see that it changes.
