Some of these deals seem pretty weak. What do they mean with Batman: Arkham City DLC? As in the GOTY edition? I got that on Steam for $7.50.

Also, anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the DLC of Persona 4 Arena just character colors (not even character costumes ). I got that game for $30 on PSN (which wasn't even a sale price), and $2 less with PS+ for DLC that is really meager doesn't make me much jealous.

Max Payne 3 and StarHawk look like decent deals, although Max Payne was on Steam for about $10 before (I think the Season pass got a discount too).

Not sure what sales on Steam have to do with anything. Steam routinely has massive sales where they drop the prices to ridiculously low levels. Doesn't make the Arkham price any less appealing for some people on the PS3.

Might as well not have any sales at all, because Steam dropped them down to like 5 bucks on a Christmas sale one time.

And as the description said, it's the game plus ALL DLC (multiplayer/single player/costumes/maps/weapons/etc)

It was more of a reference on what they could be offering for cheaper, digital games. Remember that alot of the digital PC games sold on Steam are also available on other websites, such as greenmangaming.com, gog.com and even Origin. These websites tend to push for lower prices in order to be competitive.

PSN doesn't need to compete with any digital distributor since digital PS3 games are only offered from PSN. Exceptions maybe websites that sell game codes, but ultimately, PSN is really the only option to download PS3 games from.
