I mean for god's sake there aren't even any copies for pick up at the College Park 'Amazon' location. I had my day planned out for tomorrow, go see 'Close Encounters' come back home, watch 'Blade Runner' (Dolby Vision) - well that's squalched.

yes this seems to be a Warner Bros. problem as I recall it also was the case with 'Pacific Rim'

What's the point of having a release day if the stores do not have it in stock? What's up with that?

This same situation happened when I went looking for The Town & I Am Legend. Dubstar said the same for Pacific Rim. WB must not care about making sure retailers with physical stores get shipments on rereleases on time.

I went to my BB store, no stock. However, 2 were in stock at a different store farther away, but BB would not allow me to order one to hold for me for pickup. So I may go later to check it out but no guarantees it will be in.

Its really a pain, especially with UHD releases, how studios are not making these available more on release day. I'll get it when I get it, its not the end of the world, but I really should have just ordered this online for shipping instead. What really pissed me off was the fact that I could not order from one store to hold in the other because it was "unavailable" even though it shows 2 in stock.

So, in short, Tyrok was right. Warner was great at the UHD transfer but horrendous at getting this in stores for customers to get....

it's too bad it's not released on the UHD disc in DV. I think this is the second or third release that only offers DV on VUDU despite being a UHD disc release. WTF?

I went to Meijer, best buy, Wallmart and target. None of them had any copies. I was at Bestbuy like 10 minutes after they opened so they must have never got any to begin with. Amazon says it's out of stock too. Very frustrating.

no BB within 250 miles of me had any of them. the guy didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked about the UHD for Blade Runner. he was like "oh no sir, that comes out in the movie theater next month"

Anyone actually get this today from Amazon? Mine was supposed to be delivered today but was updated first to Friday, now Wednesday. I guess they're recovering from the holiday. Also, no stores in Sacramento have this today—anyone else have luck in person? The closest to me is a Best Buy 55 miles away.

EXACTLY. Website says no, but if you check the store some select stores have like 2 copies. Problem is you can't order them to pick up yet. This is for BB. I thought I read somewhere that if they have a quantity of 2 or less it won't show up on the website so you have to check in person to make sure but if there is more than 2 or 3 then BB's website will show it. I was peeved because I got a manager at my BB to call the other store's number to verify the movie was in and they still would not be able to order it for me. I would have gladly paid over the phone for it and they have in the past but not for this. Makes me think the store just doesn't have it in the system for ordering yet...

You're kidding? For me it was the opposite! My store had all three of those you mentioned above but NO Blade Runner. Of course, the only one I was buying was Blade Runner HA HA HA
