Confirmed there is an exclusive, at least down to the cover art. Whether or not it's isolated to the DVD is unknown yet

There are other exclusive versions in the pipeline as well, including some literary material for metalheads, but there won't be any details till at least Fridayish

I have not been able to find out any information about this release from any other source.

Do you have any information at all about this release? Thanks so much!
Hi Jeff:

Just wondering if you saw my earlier question, or maybe you don't have any information on this?

Sorry to be a pest but this is actually one of my favorite movies in terms of replay-ability, so I am very interested to know whether/when it may be coming. Thanks again!

10 Things I Hate About You is due Jan 31 according to http://www.releaselists.com/ (which is a Sunday so either the info is iffy or just the date).

Hey Jeff,

Thanks for all the Batman comic recommendations. I bought quite a few off of Amazon. I picked up HUSH, R.I.P. Year One, Long Halloween, Dark Victory, Man Who Laughs, All 3 Knightfall, Dark Knight Returns, Haunted Knight. I plan to pick up the Aarkham Asylum story, too.
Do you recommend any others? Some that may not be as well known...

Anyway, Im curious if Wolverine has broken 1 millions copies on blu in its second week.

Do we expect Transformers 2 to break Dark Knight records? Im not so sure considering that Dark Knight is STILL in regularly in the top 10. Im willing to bet its sold close to 2.5 million copies by now.

Last question, do you (or anyone for that matter) know if Ratchet and Clank Quest for Booty is needed to understand a Crack in Time?

That site is unreliable and makes guesses based on past trends

I must add, This is my opinion from my personal experience with what I have seen on this site.

The last major release of Twilight Zone was the "Definitive Edition" in 2007 by Image Entertainment. It was "remastered using high-definition film transfers using the original camera negatives and magnetic soundtracks" according to the back cover art.

So, yes, like Star Trek: The Original Series, Twilight Zone is one of the few older TV assets that has a sufficient audience to support this level of effort

That said, when I asked about the possibility of a blu-ray release a year ago, the answer was that the above DVD release was probably so recent as to unacceptably reduce sales of blu-ray edition. I'm not sure how long one has to wait before this is no longer true. I also note that sales of back catalog releases on blu-ray are suffering in part because that demographic is slow to adopt blu-ray or purchase at current blu-ray prices. This might further push a BR release of TZ into the unfeasible (unprofitable) zone.

Disclaimer: Yes, I hope a Blu-ray edition of Twilight Zone does materialize.

Rhetorical Question:
If the 2007 Image release of Twilight Zone was the "Definitive Edition", then what would a new Blu-ray edition be labeled?

by now.
The no mans land series is very good, all 6 parts inc the plot set-up "cataclysm", as well as the two new gotham follow up books, most of Paul Dini's stuff is good...i'd take a look on amazon and sort for batman under customer reviews, theres loads of hidden gems...oh and although batman is a background character the "gotham central" series is well worth reading.

I don't know where the numbers are. They don't publish them unless you drop $30k a year neilsen's way and after the format war I typically don't go through the effort to dig them out

TF2 if it does break Dark Knight, it'll be through sheer customer volume and certainly not quality of the film.

No idea on the Ratchet and Clank series

I have ZERO desire to watch TF2. A good friend of mine went to see it and said after 15 minutes, it was nothing but noise....loud noise!

About Ratchet and Clank, I do not believe it's necessary to play Quest for Booty, I tried for about 15 min. and I realised it was just a "filler" with a pirate theme going on, it offered nothing new other than just extra money for the developers.
I could be wrong as I only played it for 15 min.
I rarely play games that appeal to a younger demographic, but Ratchet & Clank was fun

Popular and good converge far less frequently than they ought to . That said, personal preference is personal preference.

Much as I'd rather listen to an artist with their own label than Brittney Spears, I'd much prefer to watch a Christopher Nolan film to a Michael Bay film.

Box office success doesn't necessarily translate to a good movie. I enjoyed the first 3/4 of the first one, but it was too much like the Energizer Bunny...it kept going, and going, and going....

I'm not a big Michael Bay fan, for the most part, although I did enjoy "The Island."

If you take them with a "grain of salt", they can be pretty good, but in the case of "10 Things I Hate About You" (1999), releasing a 10th Anniversary Blu-ray release in 2010 doesn't make a lot of sense....
