I recieved ofotcn today. Didn't realize it was the book edition. It has hidef pic and sound right on cover. At least like oceans it was on the case holding trilogy. DD 5.1. That's not hidef sound. Get your act together Warner!!!

I'm sure the PQ will be a marked improvement.... don't get me wrong, I'm a big audio guy..... but some of you will avoid the upgrade because of DD 5.1, which will still be superior to the quality of the audio from the DVD's release.

The film was made in 75 I think it was mono. I have the dvd and the 5.1 is fine. So you won't get a movie because it does not have HD audio, guys come on its not like a movie from the last ten years or so. The film is all dialogue. .

If they still have the orignal elements than an HD audio track will be an improvement over the DD.

it was 2.0 on the DVD (that I have at least) so get off the high-horse, and accept what it is..... 7.1 HD MA would be well past the point of reasonable diminishing returns on a film like this.......

Dialog? hell.... a lot of the movie was silent!
