This is an extremely unimportant question in the scheme of things, but Chaplin has been announced as coming out early next year. The box art appears to be labeled 15th Anniversary Edition. The movie came out in 1992, which to me would be the 19th Anniversary Edition (or still 18th, if you consider the movie came out Holiday 1992).

Is this a case of a release that was delayed but the art wasn't updated or is someone just really bad at math?

Some earlier Warner Blu-ray Discs default to Dolby Digital even if you are capable of playing lossless audio. I can't recall if I Am Legend is one of them that does this but try playing the disc again and cycling through the audio options. You can then select the lossless track.

Hopefully that does the trick!

2012!?

It's not even 2011 yet, and Warner is making announcements for 2012? I guess they really want us off their backs about those titles for the next year. Sheesh!

Inquiring minds would like to know, Jeff. Oh, this is about the release of Last Unicorn coming next year.

Hey Jeff,

IGN has made a list of what they want to see in Mass Effect 3.

http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/113/1138506p1.html

Do you agree?

Personally, I like the idea of making your decisions from ME and ME2 having real serious repercussions, but it would mean having to replay the trilogy far too many times.

Jeff,

Any word why Heavy Metal on bluray has been cancelled? I am sure this might be a better question for Penton, but I figured you might have more liberty to answer.

Ask Penton. This kind of title is ripe for exclusive though, that's where most of the suddenly vanishing titles seem to go these days

Btw, when did Heavy Metal become a Sony property since I could have sworn that Universal was the company that released the DVD?

If you check company details, it appears that it's always been Columbia.

Yes, it appears that is indeed the case.

I was thinking that it was Universal since it was shown one day on Universal HD.

On Heavy Metal I would LOVE to see a sequel and/or HD update of the VERY underrated and underappreciated game Heavy Metal FAKK2. That game ended with a cliffhanger and sadly it didnt sell well enough to garner a sequel.

Ritual Entertainment was the company that made it and another favorite of mine: SiN, another game that got a semi sequel but deserved better.

Hi Jeff,

I see that Damages season three has been released on DVD in region 2 and 4 in October.

Any clues for a region 1 release date, or maybe even a Blu-ray release?

Thank you

Again a Penton question, but as far as I know Damages is off the table for Blu. Maybe when the series concludes.
