ha ha ha. I'll admit I was serious about the kilt remark though. I guess I didn't look closely enough the first time. But you've got to admit, a cyborg Rowdy Roddy Piper isn't too bad an idea

Maybe the rest is filled in with CGI???

Obviously, that suit wouldn't protect him from anything Iron Man dished out.

I'm pretty sure it's the Marc 1 version. Favreau is going to blow us away with this movie.

Looks like Stark will need to make some upgrades to his own suit if he's going to beat down this guy.

But why does Rourke have that thing in his chest? Whiplash doesn't have that.

That being said, Rourke is a bad ass and I'm stoked to see him as a villian in a comic book feature.

Agreed to both. Looks interesting, but I hope that this is only a prototype suit for when he breaks out of prison or something. I hope there's more armor than that though.

That has to be a Mark 1 suit. As we can see, he's wearing an orange inmate outfit. My guess is that he builds that super-whip powered suit to escape jail (like how Tony built his Mark 1 suit to escape captivity).

I've also read elsewhere that they are actually combining the Whiplash character with the Crimson Dynamo character (i believe Crimson is Russian, not Whiplash). So, i'm guessing he'll get the Crimson suit later.

haha, Beat me to it!

I've also read about Whiplash on Wikipedia, and at some point he is hired by Justin Hammer (Sam Rockewell) on different occasions.
