The Special Edition showed up on Vudu for me also. I bought Aliens and True Lies from Vudu but The Abyss Special Edition on amazon. The amazon stream was painful as it kept dipping down to VHS quality, amazon and Peacock are the worst for this for some reason. All of the other streaming services work great for me. I will rewatch The Abyss on Vudu later.

$40 retail isn't bad for the UHD but the three Cameron films are going to have to get around $15 for me to buy them on disc since I have the digital and they ain't that great.

It is. Barbie 4K is $49.99 and Edge of Tomorrow 4K is $33.99. Every movie is listed at the current MSRP at BN unless they’re doing some sale. I would imagine this to be around $29.99 when other places start putting up their listings.

But if the wording is right (that it won't be released in the UK) does that mean you simply import a copy regardless if you have a view or not regarding the scene.

Has been discussed for a few weeks now, plenty of import options for those in the U.K. so a non-issue IMO
