Disney/20th say this is a 1-night only re-release

So they're doing the theatrical run thing first before the physical media release. Makes sense, I just hope this won't delay the 4K too much. Gonna try to catch that screening. Not too much lead time between now and Dec 6, tho. Maybe they're not planning much of marketing campaign.

Gotta love how one of the top comments in the comment section for the trailer on YouTube is "Remastered in 4K, drops the trailer in YT garbage compression 1080p".

It seems likely this will have the Twentieth Century Studios logo in front of the film instead of the Fox one, given they updated the billing block.

Even if for some reason Disney releases this new restoration only in regular blu-ray, and not in UHD, it will still be a massive improvement over the DVD. Hell, the restoration doesn't even need to be great to be a massive improvement on the DVD.

it seems like they're only doing it to the James Cameron titles, other instances of them doing a 4K release of a Fox title have been intact with that name
