So NONE of the audio issues have actually been corrected on the Atmos track EXCEPT for Bud’s incorrect line of dialogue. The music errors are all still there at the end. Everything sounds as it should on the 2.0 track. God that pisses me off…

No the 2.0 track is not a downmix of the Atmos track and appears to be legit

Yes, the 2.0 is fine. The Atmos fixes the incorrect Bud line but otherwise has all the same errors as the old DVD 5.1 track. Sigh.

So all this visual buggery was added to the video to "improve" the film but they still left errors in the shiny new Atmos build seems fitting. Hilarious we can get the real authentic 2.0 even fixed but not an original video presentation before the "improvement"

Good to know the stereo track is correct on the UHD.

Does that mean it's the original theatrical mix?

IMDb (hardly definitive, but still) says this was stereo on 35mm prints and 6-track on 70mm prints (Fox always sent one to the premier theater in each major city in that era, when I was a kid).
