The far far away site has a good number of official TV show promos & stills, including Arrow. HERE

Regarding the posters, I agree with you but the 2 from season 1 with the logo are not officials. I found a logo that I like, changed its color and made the customs.

The textless from season 2 is not official because I was not happy with the official one that I found online. It seemed compressed, and it was blurry/upscaled at full resolution, so I made a custom textless using it and a poster with a better quality at full resolution.

Yes, I could see they were not official!!! You did a good job.
Context wise, I certainly love comparison side-by-side posters although personally, even though I make and edit posters myself I'll always prefer to see the original, official artwork especially if it exists.

I've never found any official textless Arrow poster to be compressed or upscaled but there can be a difference with the promo posters for sure; they may end up having a tone color adjustment, even a slightly rearranged "character" (layer) edit, cropped, etc.
