It appears that Shaw and Vickers will be available as part of Series 3 in 2013. I just want the Bio Suit Engineer...and maybe the Trilobite.

I was confused at first at them putting off both female crew members...until I realized these two share the sculpt. I'd like to see what those are going to look like, but it's definitely just going to be the one figure for me, from the line.

SOME of the audience. To some it's a turn off.

While I largely dislike his dialogue, sometimes he manages to hit the nail on the head. The problem is that listening to Cameron's dialogue and hoping for some great lines is akin to looking for diamonds in a sewer.

I think he generally nails it though. Like Spielberg, Jimmy tries to infuse just enough human/character moments in the films to make us care. Sometimes it works more than others but compared to the usual shlock action films where nothing matters and nothing is at stake, we tend to root for or against Jims characters. Thats key to a movie being good and having replay value, IMO.

From Avatar, I liked "So what about this one, run, don't run - what?" "Run, definitely run".

After much procrastinating I finally went and saw this yesterday. I loved it. I've only read a tiny amount in this thread cause I didn't want anything spoiled or want to form an opinion before I saw the movie. I don't know what some expected... all out action or something I suppose, but I really enjoyed it. Definitely can't wait to see it again once the blu-ray comes out.

I received a message from Weyland Corp. listing the recruiting locations at San Diego Comic con. It also stated that Promtheus was relaunching 10 11 12.This must be referring to the Blu-ray release date in the U.S.
