Damon Lindelof involved has certainly piqued my interest in this film. Unless the origin is just a

Of course I'll see it to the end, there's still a lot of stuff I don't know fortunately.
I care about the characters and what will happen to them, I guess that's the most important thing... You said nothing about the outcome.

Luckily as a writer Lindelof is quite good with them so I have a good feeling that these two prequels will have strong characters.

I assumed the queen that got thrown out of the airlock in ALIENS may have brought an egg on board infused with royal jelly because she might have been reaching the end of her life cycle, or as a precaution in case she perished at the hands of the humans so that her hive could continue on

, but your lifecycle concept works just as well. Either way, it still works.

Well, you'd have to ignore what the writers and directors say that scene is about, and the shot of Brett-egg, if you can.

Ridley Scott should hire Lance Henrikson to play Charles Bishop Weyland in the prequel

I hope there's no more Bishops, the AVP's really ran that into the ground. I always thought exploring Bishop II was more interesting.

Lance is a lot older now.

I think he could pull off the role of the real Charles B Weyland who created all the androids quite well

You cannot have Bishop/Lance in these films. To much has been put on that one character and considering he came after ASH, it does make more sense that we would have another one like him or similar. Why do we need another android? the aliens do not use them.

I agree. The whole android bit should have been dropped after Alien 3.
There's no reason to have one in every film.
