Tony has started turning out shit lately, which is very unfortunate. I think both brothers have made many good movies over the years, I just tend to prefer Tony's work easily over Ridley's. Not to say I think his movies are shit, I just wouldn't watch them more then once is typically how I feel with Ridley. While I've seen True Romance probably 50 times over the past 15 years and I still love it.

Well, I can't blame you. It's hard not to. With Tarantino's writing, that is...I love that one too. I've only seen (and own) the Director's Cut.

It's very easily to tell what is original QT they kept and what is not, here's a hint the 10 minute scenes of nothing but dialogue, yeah that's him.

Well, this is good news but I'll temper my expectations. I dunno if I want to see the "Life and Times of Newt" though regarding an Alien film. Id be more interested in learning more about the Xenomorphs. Maybe where they are from? How did they end up on LV-426? Whats their deal?

I feel there is a lot more that could be explored than just the years leading up to the Aliens film. Id like some story well before any of that.

Also that Prometheus 'air lock' shot reminds me a lot of the Nostromo's galley cealing with it's embedded monitors over the dinning table.

I am very glad that some of the Notromo's set design is making it into this prequel.

everytime i see something new for this it somehow looks better and better. aesthetically, it looks just like Alien which is perfect.
