I'd buy that, that space suit doesn't look nearly as weathered or quite up to the standard of the original Alien movie. I would think Riddley will do a little better. Also the lens flair is more ala JJ Abrams than Riddleys style as well.

When is the next big 20th Century Fox movie coming out? Probably would be attached to that would be my guess...

That isn't necessarily the case.

A lot of times a studio will show a trailer before a movie that is similar in genre, regardless of studio.

Also, a studio may release its new trailer before another studio's movie if that movie stars one of its actors.

Studios aren't necessarily bound to only releasing their trailers before their movies.

I understand that. I'm just saying it would be smart if Fox released the trailer before one of their movies. That might get some people who weren't as interested in the movie to go see the movie...

Sounds like what we saw may have been a really early 'test' trailer. I'm guessing now that it will release with MI:4 or Dragon Tattoo. Hopefully the music/sounds we heard in the leaked one will stay in the official one.

Outside of ROTPOTA, First Class, and Avatar a few years ago, when was the last time a large enough audience went to see a Fox film? I just don't see Prometheus playing to the same audience as Alvin & The Chipmunks.

GWDT has a much similar audience as Prometheus so that's the one that makes the most sense.
