I think it is definitely 'Woman of the Year'. You could make an argument for 'The Candidate' (which would be a great addition to the collection) but she'd probably be blowing some bubble gum if so.

I'm pretty sure Election is where I fell in love with Reese. That and Cruel Intentions both came out in '99 -- But I think I saw Election first.

why does it have to be a direct reference to the film? she's running in an election.. Time magazine is a news publication and is (and would naturally be) cover(ing) the election

what would Hillary Clinton's mug have to do with 'woman of the year' other than the fact that she is a woman?

yes.. and Woman of the Year is a darn good guess and it totally fits, but they've already hinted at Election, so that has to be it.

It's Woman of the Year. Next year is the film's 75th Anniversary, it's a Warner film, and it's way more fitting and specific than something as general as Election. The fact that they hinted at Election in the past is irrelevant.
