Hmm...looking at the photos, I always thought she had spider veins or some cellulite on her thighs...but I guess on Blu-ray, her thighs are smooth or has her thighs they been digitally manipulated. Hmm....

I think just the CriterionCast folks and a few others... Although I see a few others on here on DVDtalk and Criterionforum.

I wouldn't be bothered by it. In fact, I was having this conversation today with another film fan and we were talking about TMC's "Moguls and Moviemakers" (which is currently airing on TNT) and our discussion was how the fan base for these older films on TMC's forums is quite significant and if you look on Facebook, many of the photos you see of the people posting on the TMC Facebook page are younger people.

Even at the TMC Film Festival, you expect to see older people attending but there was a good number of people attending the event who were young. Now, I'm not talking about high school teenagers but I am talking about college age to 20 to 30 year olds attending these events.

But at the same time, I do feel that your experience is how many people are. You're not going to have people who share your taste in films but it's good to be on forums such as this or on mubi.com to communicate with others who have a similar experience such as yourself.

To what? My page? http://mubi.com/users/761776

The BBS set is really nice. If my request of The Last Movie ever happens, I would love to have the person who made these covers doing it or my fav Neil Kellerhouse (Paris, Texas, Dillinger is Dead, Antichrist, Walkabout, Seven Samurai, etc) http://www.kellerhouse.com/#/?item=36

Actually, it is the screencaptures that you've looked at that are heavily compressed, filtered and misleading. There is plenty of detail and grain on this release

Yeah, age doesn't affect stupid. It is sad, but true. Education and experience can sometimes make a dent, but the stupidity is a stubborn element.

So I just watched Easy Rider. Good, good times.

I love Dennis Hopper 30 years after the fact, bitter that anyone else got any credit for working on that movie. Everyone else is so proud of it. Really enjoying the supplements on this.

I should maybe ***** a bit to amazon, though it won't really do any good (I think they stopped giving me $10 credits years ago ).

Prime is trending toward USPS shipping, and indeed 2 days is when it arrived in town. Thing is, my mailbox isn't at my house, and even worse, the delivery person seems to just about always leave notes to pick up packages at the post office. So, like today, if I get sidetracked and don't get to my mailbox early enough, so much for "2 days", as it's then too late to go to the post office and pick up the package. UPS portion of that same (split) order arrived (late) this afternoon, at my door, in a for real "2 days".

Guess it's time to *****. That's b*i*t*c*h.

No, I thought it was weird too. I checked out and it was $21, and it said I had a Member Discount of $9.
