Glad you liked Everlasting Moments. I've been on the fence about it. The trailer is interesting, but I'm afraid its too slow a movie for me.

I pre-ordered them too on the 1st day, along with the War Trilogy. Yesterday, the War Trilogy shipped, but not the other 2. Strangely, why wouldn't they have just shipped the War Trilogy right away. I assume they did not know they were going to have a shortage, but what was the point in pre-ordering then? Usually, you will fill the orders you have payment for first.

See, now that's where you're wrong, zedd. It's this Internet and the misinterpretation of reading someone else's words that causes all the confusion.

For the most part, my posts are merely informative, factual posts to point out what someone else may or may not believe to be true. I just want the truth out there so that we're all aware of it and always guessing. I'm not a fan of guessing or presenting untruths when the factual information is already available or will be presented to us in a timely manner.

I don't ever recall "lashing out," as you say, toward anyone based upon their uninformed, or misinformed, writings. I just try to do my homework before I go posting what I think may or may not be. Other than that, I'm a calm, collective 32-year old guy who usually keeps his mouth shout and rarely speaks up or speaks out. My temper is null and void, as well, since I feel there's no reason to ever get worked up over anything as insignificant as this lifetime. For the most part, nothing gets to me because I guess I'm part nihilist in the sense that I just don't care.

Well, crap... if you already bought those other titles then there's no point in not buying just one more, right? And "Paris, Texas" is a dandy of a film, I think, and would be a good one to grab. Plus, it's in English so you wouldn't even have to read subtitles.

Search the thread in the Deals section. I know I've seen the links to coupons posted quite a few times in that thread, aggie. Most of the links, I'm sure, take you over to the DVDTalk forums for the printable coupons.

There is. I've read of people in this forum calling up Criterion and paying by credit card. There's a phone number somewhere in here you can search for, or you can always e-mail Criterion asking for a number to call, or check their website for a number.

I have sent a bunch of mails to them, telling them to explain whats happening. I only get standard e-mails back, telling me that blabla unfortunately there is a problem and telling me to basicaly wait.

I have gotten the same email several times and within a few hours or the next day, I get another saying my order has shipped. I wouldn't worry.

Spielberg was a good example because I think most would agree his early films were very good. Unfortunately I believe he got soft and started "playing it safe" after he turned out a few early gems and his more recent works were underwhelming to say the least. Heck, one of Spielberg's future films is going to be about a unicorn or some such nonsense. I really hope that doesn't happen with Nolan.
