Not that this means anything, but both Cat People and The Curse of the Cat People are available to stream in HD from Amazon. None of the other titles from the Val Lewton set are currently available in HD, and some aren't available at all. I haven't checked any of the other streaming services.

File this under "for what it's worth," but it's possible this could be a two-fer similar to The Shooting / Ride the Whirlwind.

= Tree of Life.

Malick is a man and he wears a hat sometimes. There is also a cat in The Tree of Life and also a female.

There are 2 people and 4 cats = both living thing that experience life and if you add 2 + 4 = 6.
