Even if it's not a holiday, as I had mentioned earlier I think it would be safer to expect the announcements one day later than usually expected.

Just read an article about James Ivory and Vanessa Redgrave attending a screening of Howards End at the Cannes Film Festival today. Can't say I've paid any attention to Merchant Ivory films over the years, so I jumped on the Criterion site as I thought a couple were available. Very surprised to see how many films were released on DVD, and that they are all OOP. Two BD releases - Howards End and A Room with a View, with the latter the sole Merchant Ivory title in print.

What's the story?

we can expect some Ivory films now (including the recently restored Howards End) from Cohen.
Hoped that Maurice would be the first.
Just hope also, since Ivory is approving these restorations, he has not been touched by the yellow and teal craze too!
the Room with a View restoration was magnificent.
Would hate to see all the others being tealstorated.

Maybe its one of his other films, just saw the US Distrubuter and figured it was the next release lol

I doubt that. It's a short film (25 mins). Pick a feature film instead.
