I'm looking through FilmStruck's Twitter (Tweets & Replies), and they've confirmed the following:
- Roku and PS4 in Early 2017. Chromecast "coming soon" but no date that I could find. - Currently U.S. only (as we all know) but they're "definitely exploring expanding to international markets." |

![]() Would love them to pair that with something like Drunken Angel, his first collab with Kurosawa, and one of his best performances. |

I may just break down and pick up a FireStick solely for FilmStruck and the TCM app. Forty bucks, and I won't have to wait til who-knows-when for Roku support.

Yeah I think just based on the statistics I have seen, even if Fire TV is starting to get more popularity, the amount of Roku's out there is quite big and makes it the bigger platform, maybe followed by Chromecast, the Apple TV situation is a bit more complex since the new Apple TV is like a whole new platform, but there are not that many out there compared to the old versions.

The MoC disc is far from nothing special. The film has a lot of grain that the DVDs turned to mush, and the HD upgrade is very nice. Of course it wasn;t a new restoration, but I was quite satisfied with the result. Beautiful film.
