It looks like they're adding special features for some of them. Based on the others, though, I'm guessing we're not going to see anything earth-shaking here? That old blu-ray is barebones and heavily compressed IIRC, so maybe that alone will make it worth it, but this sounds like a movie that would be prime for a full Scream Factory or Arrow kind of job with alternate footage and info about the decisions made behind the scenes. Ah well.

Thanks, amazing slate of releases. Already own the majority but would be willing to double dip for extras. Hoping for Fright Night and maybe Part II if they have it. Plenty of other catalogue titles too, so many to list...

Does anybody know if any of the features announced for any of the other powerhouse releases are newly commissioned or are they just ports of already existing material?. Really hoping for at least a commentary track on this.

I hope this is a 4K restoration and that the cut footage is reinstated. At the very least it would be great if it had all the footage that has been available on different prints in the past.

One of the hosts of the very enjoyable podcast, The Hysteria Continues, mentioned that he had received a request to help put together some extras for the film. Don't expect too much, but they know their slasher flicks so he might do a video essay or appreciation.

A video essay would be really cool -- those are turning out to be some of my favorite extras. With the price drop, this one's a no-brainer for me.

Groovy. It'd be awesome if they were asked to provide a commentary. I recently watched Nail Gun Massacre with their commentary and it was a lot of fun.

From Powerhouse, I am not sure, but we've been offered commentary gigs on two `80s slashers via Arrow, and two from Vinegar Syndrome, the titles I cannot give away as of yet because they haven't been officially announced.

I can say we have covered three of the four titles (three of them are set in stone, the fourth is a MAYBE).

I expect the Arrow releases to be early 2017 and the VS titles to be mid 2017.
