i have master and commander, pan's, transformers, band of bros, black hawk down, etc. but to me cloverfield had the biggest jaw dropping audio.

and don't know why, but i love listening to kung fu panda the most! i guess i'm one of the few that really believe the audio was up there with the best.

when i picked up my new HT setup, Rambo was the first BD i had to check out, threw that puppy on -20 and was blown away!! sadly i live in an apt so i can't really crank it too much, outstanding.

based on everyone's reviews thinking i need to double dip on cloverfield. picked it up on BD because it had a delayed release on BD right? i think i was just getting into blu when cloverfield was released =/ oh well!

Hey people, which movies and/or games that you have watched or played have either the best 5 or 7.1 surround sound? let's not get into the front 3 channels lets just deal with the 4 surround channels. I mean movies or games with a lot of surround that give the best overall experience of the surround fields.

My favorites movies are:

Master & Commander (the best imo)
AvP series
Pirates series
The Mummy series
Spiderman 2
Dragon Wars
The Matrix series

My favorite games are:

Killzone 2 (the best imo)
The Resistance series
Dead Space
Uncharted
Call of duty 4

it seems that each time i see surround, i always associate 'Master and Commander'. Again my default movie.

The best 3 games I have played for surround sound are:

Uncharted: Drakes Fortune
Metal Gear Solid 4
and Dead Rising.

Dead RIsing is amazing. The music spins sround the room as your charector does so the sounds are always in the right spot. Amazing job.
