Any of the newer "Lionsgate" releases the later "Saw" movies and in particular the "My bloody valentine" remake,as Lionsgate are one of the few studios to include Dts master audio 7.1 mixes on their discs,also look out for the awsome Dts master audio demo before the movie,starts this is only short but puts your system through it's paces,and check out the scenes in the mines as the sounds of individual drops of warter through the rear speakers are amazing.

Also the new Indiana jones movie has a great "Thx" demo before the movie starts,this shows of your bass response to it's full potential,and will have you running for cover.

I use my Onkyo reviever on it's Thx Ultra 2 setting,as it will convert any 5.1 soundtrack to 7.1 as well as making the 7.1 tracks sound more refined.

The shuttle rescue in Superman Returns is pretty incredible in PCM or TrueHD. The three-dimensional soundfield created is pretty incredible and John Ottman's music soars.

The opening car chase in Quantum of Solace is extremely powerful.

The Rundown has a couple of great sound sequences, namely the opening and the cave scene. I still don't think I've heard a scene as enveloping as the cave collapse in this film. It truly puts you in the movie.

Hulk vs. the military in Hulk (03). Beautiful imagery and the audio is very powerful.

The maelstrom in At World's End is pretty incredible with great enveloping sound and deep bass.

Freeway chase in Matrix Reloaded and the Zion Battle in Revolutions.

The attack on the guerilla encampment in Predator is always a good one for my money. An old film that sounds as good as many newer ones.

Both Transformers (Also Insane AQ during the entire movie, the fights and Sound effects while they are transformers AMAZING)

EVERY SINGLE PIXAR FILM has reference PQ and AQ. Pixar doesn't "F" around with their films!!

Master and Commander-Opening naval battle and the constant sounds of being at sea
The Incredible Hulk-Campus fight and end fight
Max Payne-Shooting the stall doors open and single gunshot at the end
IronMan-Escaping from the cave
U-571-Depth charges and the sub constantly creaking
Mr. & Mrs. Smith-Great ambient surround sound through the entire movie
Knowing-Plane crash

Has Fight Club been mentioned yet?
In my opinion the BEST audio I've heard yet and I own TIH, TDK, Terminator Salvation, and this beats them all purely for dynamics, atmosphere, LFE, detail, razor sharp clarity. Simply stunning!

If thats not your cup of tea, then I'd also recommend Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix, final scene between Voldemort and Dumbledore. It is amazing and has all the qualities mentioned of Fight Club above, however it's not consistent throughout the film.
