The new Rambo: Extended Cut has much better audio than the theatrical disc. Easily one of the top five best audio tracks on the format.

I watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 today. That track packs a serious punch. Among the best AQ I have ever heard.

I would certainly agree with Hot Fuzz, and I'm sure it's already had a vote but by far the best I have heard is Sunshine. Amazing.

I am pretty impressed with the sound of LOTR: Two Towers. I always have been, but to watch it in full Master audio was hearing it for the first time. It is crisp and powerful, the way it should be. Every creek and crack, every echo of every motion during the battle of helms deep is VERY impressive..

Add Robin Hood to the list. It's probably the best 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio mix I have heard for a 2010 film.

of late, the last movie I watched, "How to train your dragon" in Dolby TrueHD 5.1 has one of the best lossless (or otherwise) audio tracks I have heard to date. what an incredible movie, and LFE out the ass son!

this movie has to be on everyone's reference demo short list and a very short list it is!

I think Watchmen has the best audio on blu ray so far. The sound is crisp. I like the opening scene where the comedian was fighting with the other guy. The glass shattering sounded awesome. Forgot to mention inglorious basterds. The scene where she change into her red dress then David Bowie song came on.

I simply agree. I keep this movie out just in case I want to show off my speaker system.

Same here. I love the lightning bolt sound effect when Toothless unleashes his wrath. You can even hear the bolt break the sound barrier when it fires it off.

Im sure theres a thread already ( link if possible please ) about this already , and wasnt quite sure where to ask but here is as good as any !

Just finished dedicated 7.1 HT and besides the usual faves for this Dark Knight , Master & Commander etc , was curious about actual surround usage and not just audio quality . Of course thats high on list but i want to hear stuff wizzin around ! Blu-Ray of course , dont have Saving Pvt Ryan yet but any other ideas would be great

Pan's Labyrinth for great 7.1 & Independence Day is one of my favorite surround movies, but its only 5.1

5.1 or 7.1 doesnt matter , theres only about 200 Blu-rays total in 7.1 and only a handful id be interested in . Pans Lab would be creepy turned up on 7.1 for sure ! Thanks Gem have to see what other titles people come up with
