For sound quality:
Celine Dion- A New Day live in Vegas is stellar 96khz TrueHD. Pic is great as well.

If they are all drunk NYE when you unveil, it will settle the blow of Celine.

I have to agree with Master and Commander TFSOTW. It was utterly mind-boggling, to be sat there with all the splinters and gunpowder in my room, from all channels. It was phenomenal.
